Using mobile and stationary measuring technology, we carry out geometric measurements according to customer requirements or individual requirements.

The fully air-conditioned measuring room is equipped with a wide range of tactile coordinate measuring machines covering a wide range of measuring requirements and object sizes.

Our mobile optical and tactile coordinate measuring machines offer extremely flexible application possibilities due to the location independence, the high measuring accuracies and the large measuring volumes.

Our modern equipment is capable of introducing a load up to 250 kN and can be configured in a variety of combinations, which can be customized to meet your individual needs. We also offer 3D deformation monitoring through the use of either optical deformation / displacement measurements or via the use of strain gauges.

In the field of analysis we offer services to evaluate chemical, thermal and physical properties, including fiber volume determination, determination of the glass transition temperature and determination of the porosity content of composite materials.

Sample Preparation

To get the best results from sample testing, you need professional preparation. We have extensive experience preparing test samples at CoLT and our experienced and well equipped team are able to perform various specialized processes and machine to fine dimensional tolerances.
